Sachin Bhoria is an IIBA Certified Business Analyst and Microsoft Certified Data Analyst with over 2 years of experience in the IT industry. Sachin's previous work experience includes a Senior Systems Engineer role at Cognizant where he was responsible for standardizing the delivery and maintenance of IT services using the ITIL framework. He also collaborated with clients to determine appropriate software and hardware solutions and optimized networked software and operating systems by applying updates and patches. Sachin streamlined troubleshooting processes to improve system support and enhance communication between support team and end-users. Prior to Cognizant, Sachin worked as a Web Developer at ESCI-Hyderabad where he was responsible for planning website development and converting mockups into usable web presence with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON coding. He also discussed site and app requirements with clients to produce actionable development plans and built and styled new mobile-friendly websites, transitioning legacy presentations to simultaneous easy-to-use versions. Sachin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Jambheshwar University and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Information Technology Business Analysis from Conestoga College, set to be completed in August 2022.
